How fast is the TT-EBIKE bike ?

On any electric bike, the motor and bike speed depend on the voltage. When a battery is fully charged, its voltage is higher than when it is discharged. Asa result, e-bikes will run faster when the battery is fully charged and slower when the battery is dying.

EachTT-EBIKE is capable of a variety of top speeds because each model has a different voltage capacity and the motor is optimized and powered for a specific voltage range. 

However, the "set speed" for each TT-EBIKE model is 20 mph, according to US federal guidelines for Category 2 e-bikes. 
You can change the set speed to unlimited, but the absolute maximum speed will depend on the battery voltage and will vary from when the battery is full to when it is depleted.

What body measurements are needed to select the size of my TT-EBIKE bike?

Designed with simplicity in mind, our bikes are suitable for a wide range of riders.Simply look at the product page for the bike you are interested in and then look at the size chart for an accurate measurement. What accessories are standard on the TT-EBIKE?

All of our e-bikes are equipped with the essentials: phone holder, rear seat mount, fenders, and lights (front and rear). The product pages all mention the accessories that are included as standard.

What is the delivery schedule for my bike?

· After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
· Your order will be sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Your bike will be packed and ready for transport.
· Our warehousing and shipping partners will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order with real-time updates. Please note that although very well planned, unfortunately there are various circumstances that may affect the delivery schedule. Therefore, we recommend that you check the tracking link for the latest delivery date and time.

How much assembly is required?

All of our electric bikes are pre-assembled and 98% ready to ride. This means that your bike has been assembled in our assembly plant. On arrival, all you need to do is install the pedals, adjust the handlebars and seat. We are always available to help.

How often do I need to service my TT-EBIKE bike?

Even though we designed and manufactured your TT-EBIKE to stand the test of time, it does need some regular love and care. We recommend that you take proper care of your bike every 2-3 months and give it to a professional bike mechanic once a year. It will significantly improve your comfort, safety and the health of your bike.

What should I do if the product I want to order is not available/out of stock?

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

No, we only ship to the 48 contiguous States.

What should I do if I have a problem with my electric bike under warranty?

We believe that communication is the best way to solve problems. Please contact us in time. To help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible, please describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos so we can find the problem.

What if I have a problem with my bike after the warranty expires?
