Important Note

Please keep the original box of any of your e-bikes or bikes for at least 14 days after delivery, even if it has been damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you keep the box just in case as this will greatly simplify returns and save some double packing.Please note that information about the expected range of single charges for our e-bikes is an estimate, not a guarantee. There are many factors that affect the actual range of an e-bike battery, such as battery life, temperature, assist level, speed, payload, your weight, and terrain. Under the right conditions, it is possible to get a range that is less than the expected minimum or more than the expected maximum.

Order/Shipping Change
  • If you want to change the delivery address, size, or model of your e-bike, you must do so before your order is shipped.

  • Order information or shipping address and payment method cannot be changed after the order is shipped.

  • After placing your order, be sure to verify that you are ordering the correct product. If you have any questions or need to change your order, please contact us by sending an email with your order number to the support@tt-ebike.com.

  • If your bike has already been shipped and you have a FedEx tracking number, please contact FedEx or use the FedEx Delivery Manager tool to arrange any special requests or delivery instructions. TT-EBIKE is unable to make any shipping charges or special arrangements, including address changes, after you have placed your order. If your order delivery address is incorrect, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Order Cancelled
  • We cannot guarantee that your order cancellation request will reach the shipping warehouse in time to stop your shipment, so please notify us of your cancellation request as early as possible.

  • 2. Refunds will be made in accordance with the payment method used for the order.

Return of Order
  • Unused bikes, parts and accessories may be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the product by contacting us here.

  • To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, free of dirt, dust, or any fragrance/odor, and in the same packaging and condition as you received it.

  • The box must be sealed and unopened. Please put your bike back in the original box.

  • No quality problems. If the customer chooses to return the goods, they will bear all the shipping costs.

  • Please contact our customer service before returning, we will confirm the return address with you. Please do not return the goods directly to the receiving address, otherwise the goods may be lost. Our customer service email: support@tt-ebike.com.

  • When we receive your returned product, it will be evaluated by our warranty department. If the evaluation is approved, we will authorize a refund.

  • If the bike fails the inspection, you will be contacted to explain why the terms and conditions have not been met and whether any fees will be payable.

Damaged Items

If the product arrives damaged, send the damaged picture or video to the support@tt-ebike.com immediately. Once confirmed by the TT-EBIKE team, TT-EBIEK will accept the return within 5 business days for a full refund in accordance with the return procedure.
If the following wearing parts are damaged within 14 days, we will replace the parts. (LCD screen, toothed disc, splash plate, pedal, headlight, front fork, tire, inner tube, brake disc)
Please do not return the goods directly to the receiving address, otherwise the goods may be lost.

Merchandise may not be returned without authorization from the customer service team.

If the return is received without the authorization code, the goods may be lost. TT-EBIKE assumes no responsibility for items returned to us without express authorization.
